We hand deliver our fresh flower subscriptions across south east London and BR postcodes on a Tuesday.
If you are not available to receive your delivery we will leave it on the doorstep or the nearest dry place and text you a photo of where we placed it. Sadly we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen bouquets. However, if you would like it left with a neighbour or an alternate safe please text us by midday Tuesday.
For gift orders we would ask for 48 hours notice.
The cost of each flower delivery is included in the price of your bouquet.
Your bouquet arrives freshly arranged, ready to cut and place straight in your vase. Please cut each stem at a diagonal angle, place in lukewarm warm water ensuring all stems are fully immersed. Change water every 3 days to keep your flowers fresh to optimise longevity.
On the rare occasion you are unhappy with the quality of your flowers please contact us immediately.
